Refund policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Med Tech Class

At Med Tech Class (mtclass.com), we are committed to providing the highest quality education. We understand that unforeseen events can occur, which is why we have established the following policy for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our medication administration classes.

1. In-Person Classes Due to limited seating and the planning required for space and materials, we apply the following rules for our in-person classes:

  • Full Refund: If you request a cancellation at least [72 hours / 3 days] before the start of the class, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment.

  • Partial Refund or Credit: If you cancel with less than [72 hours] notice, a [20% - 30%] administrative fee will be retained, or you may choose to keep 100% of your payment as a credit toward a future class.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for the class and did not notify us in advance, unfortunately, no refund or credit will be issued.

2. Virtual (Online) Classes Due to the nature of digital content, our rules for online courses are as follows:

  • If you purchased a virtual class but have not logged in or accessed the materials, you have [7 days] from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

  • No refunds will be granted once the student has accessed the platform, started the virtual class, or downloaded the study material, with no exceptions.

3. Rescheduling Classes If you cannot attend your scheduled class (whether live virtual or in-person), we allow you to reschedule your attendance for the next available date.

  • You must request to reschedule by emailing us at least [24 hours] in advance.

  • Only [one (1)] reschedule per student is allowed at no additional cost.

4. Cancellations by Med Tech Class We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor illness, or failure to meet the minimum enrollment requirement. In such cases, you will be notified immediately and will have the option to either reschedule your class or receive a 100% full refund.

5. How to Request a Refund To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please email us at classes@mtclass.com and include:

  • Your full name.

  • The name and date of the class you registered for.

  • Your order confirmation number or receipt.

6. Refund Processing If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing times depend on your financial institution and may take between [5 to 10] business days to reflect in your account.
