Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Med Tech Class (operated by Medic Pharmacy Surgical), we provide educational services and training classes. Because our services are either delivered digitally or conducted in person, we do not ship physical goods or products through mail carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Please review our delivery methods below:

1. Virtual (Online) Classes

  • Delivery Method: Digital Delivery via Email.

  • Processing Time: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an automated email confirmation within 15 minutes. This email will contain your secure login credentials, access links, and any necessary instructions to begin your virtual class.

  • If you do not receive this email within the specified timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder.

2. In-Person Classes

  • Delivery Method: Digital Ticket / Email Confirmation.

  • Processing Time: Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as your official receipt and "ticket" for the class.

  • You will not receive any physical tickets in the mail. Please bring a digital or printed copy of your confirmation email, along with a valid photo ID, on the day of your scheduled class.

3. Physical Course Materials Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the course description, all course materials (workbooks, manuals, etc.) are provided digitally. If an in-person class includes physical materials, they will be handed out directly to you at the training facility on the day of the class.
